Andrew Foster

Andrew is an expert in organisational change, relational executive coaching, team facilitation and leadership development.

Andrew has worked with numerous clients to develop and implement strategic organisational change initiatives and Target Operating Models.

Relational Executive Coaching

Andrew has been coaching for over builds strong and safe relationships with his coaching clients which helps them explore their needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes. His relational coaching approach allows individuals to achieve personal and professional change.

Team Facilitation

Andrew works with team members to help them think effectively and make meaningful contributions to their group. He achieves this by creating an environment where team members feel their participation is valued and that there is shared responsibility for any agreed outcomes.

Leadership And Organisational Development

Andrew works with leaders and their teams to allow them to explore their contribution to an organisation and how they can work more effectively as individuals and as a team.

Experience And Qualifications

Andrew has over a three decades operational management, management consultancy and coaching experience. He works with private and public sector organisations, executives, entrepreneurs and private clients. He trained at Hult Ashridge Consulting and has an MSc in Executive Coaching (2010) and an MBA (2000).

Jane Jennison

Positive Psychology Coach and Trainer

Jane is a Positive Psychology coach and trainer, and a Director at Autonomous Ideas Limited. She works one-to-one with coaching clients, delivers workshops and training, and leads team building days.

She is Associate for Bailey and French, helping to “humanise the world of work” with them.

Jane has co-authored ’Happier at Home: a guided positive psychology journal for parents and carers’ and ‘Happier at work: a guided positive psychology journal'. She has also produced a set of Strengths cards endorsed by the VIA Institute, and a series of ‘Positive’ cards, including ‘Positive Team Building’ ‘Positive Prompts’ for journalling and reflection, and ‘Positive Coaching’.

Safeguarding Training

Jane delivers Safeguarding training on behalf of the Baptist Union of Great Britain.

Qualifications

Jane has a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology, and is trained in a range of therapeutic interventions including Person Centered Art Therapy, Theraplay© , and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Parenting and Practice (DDP).

Positive Psychology Summit:UK

Jane is a co-founder and co-organiser of the Positive Psychology Summit, a two-day In Real Life Summit. This became an online space for ‘In Conversation’ events during the Covid restrictions, and returned to an in-person event in 2024. These events focus on putting Positive Psychology into practice: building community; applying positive psychology and sharing knowledge.

Author and Researcher

Jane has had articles published in Goldie magazine, Adoption UK, Home for Good, Jigsaw (Cambridgeshire’s childcare and early years magazine) and has guested on podcasts by Twixt, the Good Enough project, Raising a Warrior and Strengthen.

She has presented her research on Forest School and Resilience at the British Psychological Association's Eastern Region Conference on Wellbeing, and Buckinghamshire New University’s Symposium. She ran an online workshop for the Buckinghamshire New University’s Autism Awareness Conference on Building resilience and working with strengths; for parents and carers. She has spoken at MK Geek Night on Mr Boole.

Jane is currently working on her book on putting Positive Psychology into practice.
